Application Form for Grant of Faculty Title

(एनबीईएमएस मानद प्रोफेसर / NBEMS Honorary Professor)

If the applicant wishes to resume/complete the online application later OR in case the online application has been disrupted due to some technical/network glitches, then all the data saved online (if 'Save Draft' button was clicked) by the applicant will remain secure. To resume the incomplete application, the applicant will have to start from step 1.


Step 1 of 4: Eligibility Criteria & Guidelines
  1. उपाधि प्रदान करने के लिए चुने जाने वाले संकाय के पास नीचे पैरा 'सी' में परिभाषित मानदंडों के अनुसार अपेक्षित पोस्ट पीजी अनुभव होना चाहिए। अनुभव किसी भी एनबीईएमएस मान्यता प्राप्त अस्पताल में एनबीईएमएस मान्यता प्राप्त विभाग में समान विशेषज्ञता में होना चाहिए।
    A faculty to be selected for grant of title should have requisite Post PG experience as per the defined criteria at para 'C' below. The experience should be in the same specialty at an NBEMS accredited department in any of the NBEMS accredited hospitals.

  2. किसी संकाय को उपाधि देने के लिए विचार किया जा सकता है, भले ही न्यूनतम अपेक्षित अनुभव निरंतरता में हो या नहीं। हालाँकि, उपाधि प्रदान करने के लिए आवेदन करने से पहले, संकाय को परिभाषित मानदंडों के अनुसार न्यूनतम आवश्यक अनुभव पूरा करना होगा।
    A faculty can be considered for grant of title irrespective of whether the minimum requisite experience is in continuity or not. However, before applying for the grant of title, faculty must possess the minimum required experience as per defined criteria.

    पोस्ट पीजी अनुभव
    Post PG Experience    		 i. ब्रॉड स्पेशलिटीज़ के लिए 18 वर्ष
    18 years for Broad Specialties
    ii. सुपर स्पेशलिटीज़ के लिए 16 वर्ष
    16 years for Super Specialties
    अनुसंधान प्रकाशन
    Research Publications    		 04 अनुक्रमित पत्रिकाओं में
    04 in indexed journals
    कृपया ध्यान दें कि एनबीईएमएस मान्यता प्राप्त किसी भी विभाग में डीएनबी/डीआरएनबी पाठ्यक्रम के लिए आवेदक द्वारा अपने आवेदन पत्र में उल्लिखित अनुभव पर केवल तभी विचार किया जाएगा जब वह उस विशेष अवधि के लिए पूर्णकालिक आधार पर संबंधित मान्यता प्राप्त विभाग में एनबीईएमएस द्वारा अनुमोदित संकाय था या काम कर रहा था। इसमें संबंधित मान्यता प्राप्त विभाग में पूर्णकालिक आधार पर काम करके प्राप्त पोस्ट पीजी अनुभव (डीएनबी/डीआरएनबी संकाय बनने से पहले) भी शामिल है। एनबीईएमएस मानद प्रोफेसर के अनुदान के लिए अंशकालिक/विजिटिंग आधार पर या गैर-मान्यता प्राप्त विभाग में काम करने को अनुभव के रूप में नहीं माना जाएगा।
    Please note that the experience mentioned by the applicant in his/her application form for a DNB/DrNB course in any of the NBEMS acredited department will be considered only if he/she was an approved faculty by NBEMS for that particular period or was working in concerned accredited department on full time basis. This also includes Post PG experience (prior to becoming a DNB/DrNB faculty) obtained working on a full time basis in the concerned accredited department. Working on part time/visiting basis or in a non-accredited department shall not be considered towards experience for grant of NBEMS Honorary Professor.

  4. आवेदन पत्र के Step-4 पृष्ठ पर आवेदक संकाय द्वारा अपलोड किए जाने वाले आवश्यक दस्तावेज / विवरण।
    Documents / details required to be uploaded by the applicant faculty on the step - 4 of application form.
    (Once the STEP-3 of this online application form is duly filled, STEP-4 of this application form will ask you to upload the below mentioned documents. The application form shall not be considered as complete until the required documents are uploded.)

    • इस ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र की विधिवत हस्ताक्षरित स्कैन कॉपी (एक बार वर्तमान पृष्ठ विधिवत भर जाने के बाद, इस पृष्ठ का प्रिंट आउट इस आवेदन पत्र के अगले पृष्ठ/चरण पर हस्ताक्षर और स्कैनिंग के लिए लिया जा सकता है)।
      Duly signed scanned copy of this online application form (once the STEP-3 is duly filled, the print out of STEP-3 will be available on the next page/step i.e. STEP-4 of this online application form for signature and scanning).

      Duly attested scanned copies of relevant Medical Qualifications
    • डीएनबी/डीआरएनबी प्रशिक्षुओं को पढ़ाने का अनुभव प्रमाण पत्र
      Experience Certificate of teaching DNB/DrNB trainees


    (उपरोक्त प्रत्येक दस्तावेज़ अधिकतम 1 एमबी तक का होना चाहिए और एक .pdf फ़ाइल होनी चाहिए)
    (Each of the above mentioned documents must be upto maximum 1 MB in size and a .pdf file)

  5. इस आवेदन पत्र को जमा करने मात्र से एनबीईएमएस संकाय उपाधि के अनुदान की पुष्टि नहीं होती है। यह परिभाषित पात्रता मानदंडों की पूर्ति और सक्षम प्राधिकारी के अनुमोदन के अधीन है।
    Mere submission of this application form does not confirm the grant of NBEMS Faculty Title. It is subject to fulfilment of defined eligibility criteria and approval of the Competent Authority.

  6. एनबीईएमएस मानदंडों को बदलने/संशोधित करने या किसी भी आवेदन पत्र को किसी भी समय शीर्षक प्रदान करने के लिए उपयुक्त नहीं मानते हुए अस्वीकार करने का अपना पूर्ण अधिकार सुरक्षित रखता है।
    NBEMS reserves its absolute right to change/modify the criteria or to reject any application form observing not fit for grant of title at any point of time.
